Overview:
To rejuvenate the Evian brand and connect with consumers, our solution involved a significant experiential marketing campaign. We brought the French Alps to Toronto through the creation of the "Evian Purity Natural Wonder & Spa" to showcase the unique qualities of the Natural Spring Water. This immersive experience aimed to educate Canadians about the origins and benefits of Evian water, generating buzz and maintaining Evian’s brand.
Through interactive displays and engaging activities, we highlighted Evian's health benefits, fostering a deeper connection with consumers and solidifying its position as a premium and health-conscious choice in the Canadian market.
Results:
The "Evian Purity Natural Wonder & Spa" garnered significant attention, with 535 people receiving treatments, excluding one-off hand massages.
The spa received overwhelmingly positive feedback, as 81% of visitors rated it a perfect 5/5, and an impressive 93% gave the same rating to the aestheticians and spa staff. Additionally, 87% of guests left the spa having learned something about Evian.
